Of the known murder offenders in 2016 blacks represented 6,095 of them, while whites totalled 5,004, and Hispanics 1,533.
Despite making up just 13-14 percent of the population, blacks committed half of homicides in the United States for nearly 30 years.
Over 1,400 more blacks were murdered by other blacks in two years (2010-2011) than were lynched from 1882 to 1968.
Chicago’s death toll is almost equal to that of both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, combined during the same period.
It would take cops 40 years to kill as many black men as have died at the hands of others black men in 2012 alone.
